I'm done with you

Motivation

This is quite different from what I usually intend to photograph, but in last few days I was having blood pouring from my nose more times that anyone would like to, so I've decided to turn some profit of it and make a photo at least.

About the photo

Previous implies the blood is real and for the record, this is just small close-up of a basin all covered with blood.
The reason why I called it I'm done with you is that it reminds me a bathtub of some (hypothetical) killer who just ended someone's life.

If you found it disgusting, well me too. - I included it in horror/macabre gallery though. ;)

I love horror photography and a bit of blood in a photo always makes it better, in my opinion. Personally, I love how you captured the details and how I can actually see a bit of blood down the strainer. The colours look vivid and I really like how you captured a variety of shades of red. The only thing that I think could be improved is the composition. I like that you didn't center the strainer but the fact that you cropped off a bit of it is the thing that bothers me a little. If I understood correctly, you took this shot with a prime lens so zooming out wouldn't be an option. So, maybe if you had taken the photo from further away from the subject to capture more of the scene, it would have looked even more interesting. That's my only complaint about this; as I said, I love the photo and the idea and I think you captured this pretty good, considering you don't often take this kind of photos.
I hope this helped at least a little. Keep up the great work!
